Libsyn has done it again. They have managed to screw up my daily podcast. Because they did not manage their servers and hard drives many podcasters suffered this weekend. My file for podcast #76 became corrupt for a few hours today due to the Libsyn issues. Finally after 16 hours the podcast can be downloaded. I spent at-least 4 hours trying to figure out what the heck I did to nuke my own podcast. I went back through all my steps trying to figure out where I had made a mistake.

I apologize to those of you who do subscribe and expected it to be in your download manager today but did not receive it. While I have been using Libsyn pretty successfully for nearly three years I think that they are not being able to keep up with the requirements that the type of business that they are in needs. They would have to revamp the way they do things to vastly improve and I don’t think that would be anytime soon.  So I wait for another hosting service that is simple yet dependable and inexpensive. Yeah and the Tooth Fairy left me a dollar under the pillow too.
