After getting psyched out by the Staples ad for a Compaq computer for $349, my Staples circular had a GPS in place of the Laptop. What the heck! Well it appears that the Central Sacramento Valley and Southern California are exempt from getting the deal on the laptop. What a bummer. I wish someone could explain the reasoning behind this decision. Should I stand in line anyway and hope that they have an unadvertised special or stay at home and stay warm? Over night temperatures are supposed to be in the very low 30’s. I guess I won’t be spending the extra money in their store that I was going to since I can’t get a laptop. Oh well.
