Well, after some conversations with the PR people that represent IOGEAR, I was able to secure a product review device that after I review it I am able to give it away to a lucky listener. What I will be reviewing is the IOGEAR GUW2015V USB to VGA Kit, which will allow me to link my laptop or desktop to a TV/Monitor with a VGA input.

Now this is cool because I can use the TV/Monitor as either a larger version of my main screen or as a secondary screen. My wife was unimpressed with this piece of tech until she realized that she could use the 42″ plasma as a computer screen for her laptop. Yeah, then it was cool to her.

I plan on doing a through review of the kit for the website, then I will do a presentation of the product on the Techpodcasts.com Roundtable, and then the Give-A-Way on Show #400, which should be around the first half of May. So expect to hear me mention this a lot between now and then. I will have more details on how to enter the contest soon.
