Mobile phones have become an important part of our everyday life.  Mobile devices are now our primary communications technology, and many expect these devices to soon replace the computer as our primary internet portal as well.  As more people use mobile phones for voice, texting and other data functions, the threat posed by performing these activities while operating a motor vehicle will continue to increase.
